Automated Reception System
We have exciting news, and upcoming changes that are happening with our administration office.
On Monday, July 8, 2024 we will integrate an Automated Reception Service.
This Automated Reception Service will allow incoming calls to be directed to the proper department. Our goal for this automated integration is to reduce wait time and improve our customer experience.
In addition, the office will be closed at midday from 12:00 – 1:00p. Incoming calls related to an Equine Medical Emergency will continue to be answered by our office personnel as normal. All non-emergency calls will be directed via the automated system. We encourage our clients to pick up medication orders and drop off or pick up horses outside of this midday break.
